Advertiser Terms of Service

These terms cover advertising placements purchased at ads.myaiassistant.pro, operated by Seriousmindz LLC (“we”, “us”) for the MyAIAssistant app (“the app”).

1. What you're buying

A monthly, recurring placement inside the app — a featured tile, sponsored recommendation, or category-exclusive slot, targeted by metro and category. Placements are always labeled “Sponsored” to app users.

2. Billing and cancellation

Plans bill monthly by card through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal; your placement stays live until the end of the paid period. Founding-advertiser pricing is locked for 12 months of continuous subscription.

3. Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your tile content and linked pages. We may pause placements that are misleading, illegal, adult, hateful, or that degrade the user experience — we'll email you first when practical, and refund the unused portion of the month if we remove a placement outright.

4. Performance

Impressions and taps depend on real user activity in your metro. We report them honestly in your dashboard and by monthly email, and we don't guarantee any minimum volume, leads, or revenue.

5. Exclusivity

Category Exclusive holds the only sponsored slot for one category in one metro while your subscription is active. If you lapse, the slot opens to others.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to advertising services is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
